How we collect, use and protect your information — on our website and in our app.

Bloom Authentic Outlet (“Bloom,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you shop with us online or in our app, and how we use it.
Information we collect when you order
When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, and — only if you choose to give it — your email address. We also collect your order details (items, quantities, sizes and colours), your delivery address or the branch you’d like to collect from, and your chosen payment method (Cash on Delivery or Whish Money transfer). If you pay by Whish, we ask for your transfer reference and, if you’d like to attach one, a photo of your payment receipt. Receipt photos are kept privately and are only seen by our team.
Tracking an order
If you look up an order’s status, we ask for your order reference and the phone number used on that order, to confirm it’s really you.
Keeping our checkout safe
When you submit an order, our systems briefly note technical information (like your IP address) solely to prevent automated abuse of our ordering system. This is not used to track you or for marketing.
Information that stays on your device
Your shopping bag, wishlist, recently viewed items, and notification preferences are stored on your own phone or browser. If you voluntarily enter a valid name and phone number while your bag has items, Bloom may securely save those details with the bag so our owner team can provide checkout support. This operational save does not grant marketing consent; reminders are sent only when you explicitly opt in.
No account required
You can browse, search, and shop the entire Bloom Outlet catalogue and complete checkout as a guest, without creating an account.
Analytics and advertising
Some pages use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Metricool) to help us understand how Bloom Outlet is used, and an advertising tool (Meta Pixel) to measure our ads, when each is switched on. None of these load until you choose “Accept all” or turn a category on in the cookie banner shown on your first visit — see our Cookie policy for the full list and how to change your choice at any time from “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
Google Maps
Our branch pages show a Google Map to help you find us. When that map loads, Google may process some technical information under its own privacy policy.
Delivery
Deliveries are handled by Bloom’s own team.
How long we keep your information
We keep order and account information for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet our accounting and legal obligations, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting our call centre at +961 79 163 520.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll update the date above when we do.
