Returns, refunds and exchanges

Contact the Bloom call centre within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return, refund or exchange. The delivery process with The Net normally takes 5–7 days, depending on the delivery company.

Returns and exchanges are accepted for unused products only. Refunds are paid within 4–5 days after Bloom receives the returned product.

For an exchange, the customer pays the delivery charge. For a return for a refund, Bloom pays the return delivery costs.

If an item is damaged or Bloom made an error, Bloom pays the delivery costs with The Net. Contact our call centre to arrange the collection and next steps. The Net collects the return from you; you do not need to print or prepare a return label.

You can also return unused online purchases directly to a Bloom branch within 7 days of receiving your order, with no return or restocking fee. Refunds are paid within 4–5 days after Bloom receives the returned product.
